[1.2.4.0] Accidental item usage through dismiss button

1.2.4 Linux 64bit GOG version
A native came running at me, chased by three hyenas. I saved him, and he joined me without asking permission.
When I dismissed him, I accidentally used a tome of extended vision.
The "Dismiss" button seems large, but you actually click through it and use the item in the inventory instead.
